Game Preview: Indiana Pacers
This afternoon at 3:30PM ET the Boston Celtics will take on the Indiana Pacers at the Conseco Fieldhouse. Delonte West is expected to start in today’s game, which should help to eliminate some of the questions regarding his health and recovery from his recent strained groin injury.
This will mark Delonte’s fourth consecutive start since coming back from the injury, and he will be matched up against Jamaal Tinsley of the Indiana Pacers. Delonte’s numbers on the season are a bit stronger than Tinsley’s, but it’s worth noting that Tinsley had to also deal with a lingering elbow injury earlier this year. If Tinsley’s elbow problems persist or limit his playing time today, expect to see Delonte up against Anthony Johnson as well.
